Location: Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $22.50 / hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Special $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Start working immediately and earn up to $1,500 in bonus pay:

  • $250 after 30 days
  • $250 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after 270 days
    (To remain eligible, employees must maintain good standing with zero safety incidents and zero written disciplinary actions.)

Pay & Shift Differential

  • Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM): $22.00 / hour
  • Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM): $22.50 / hour

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and reliable team members to join our facility in Florence, KY immediately. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process by packaging materials, managing totes, and ensuring quality standards are met across our workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill and package bags with polymers accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks by inspecting bags for holes, tears, and proper seals.
  • Clean and sanitize process areas to maintain safety standards.
  • Operate in the tote wash room: clean totes, wash bins, and unload bars for cleaning.
  • Handle physical packaging and routine material movement.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 55 lbs.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
