Job description

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for their established and growing practice in the Milwaukee market. This exceptional opportunity is for a physician leader passionate about driving strategy, building strong hospital partnerships, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the future of radiology across a thriving health system. The role offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and dedicated leadership time, supported by one of the nation's largest physician-led radiology organizations.

Practice Info

  • Thriving, multi-site radiology practice
  • Provides coverage for 9 hospitals, including a Level III Trauma Center
  • Provides coverage for 5 outpatient imaging centers
  • Diverse case mix spanning routine and complex imaging
  • Strong oncology presence and growing service lines
  • Collaborative team environment with advanced technology and operational support

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the physician leader for a well-established radiology practice serving hospitals and imaging centers throughout southeastern Wisconsin
  • Influence practice operations
  • Strengthen physician engagement
  • Collaborate directly with hospital executives on initiatives that drive growth and improve patient care
  • Partner with hospital executives and physician leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and service line development
  • Leading quality and peer review programs
  • Supporting physician engagement and practice culture

Compensation

Shift & Schedule

  • Day/1st Shift
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
  • Monday-Friday Schedule (8A-5P CT)
  • Dedicated administrative days built into your schedule
  • Onsite leadership presence
  • Balanced clinical and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
