 Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:  
  • Use machinery to grind, sand, and deburr casting parts 
  • Quality check parts to ensure accuracy 
  • Assemble products together using hand and power tools 
  
Pay: $21.00 - $23.89 per hour 
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 
  • Day Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm 
  • Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am  
  
Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:  
  • Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks following work instructions and technical drawings
  • Assemble, finish, and package products while maintaining quality and production standards
  • Load, unload, stage, and move parts and materials throughout the production process
  • Operate basic hand and power tools, including equipment used for finishing products
  • Complete basic computer transactions to track production and inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Meet production goals while performing repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, and standing throughout a 10-hour shift
