Highlights of your role

Highlights of your role:

Pultrusion Inspectors - This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs products. Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met, and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required.

Schedule:Day Shift Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PMWork 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!!The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay:Pay for Experience if applicable!Base: $20.00 - $21.55/hr DOE.Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr (FRI - SUN) 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding attendance
  • An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment

Also want to make sure you have:

  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
  • Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
  • Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or willingness & ability to learn
