Water Transfer / Oilfield Laborer
Location: Fort Lupton, CO
Local Applicants Only
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Water Transfer / Oilfield Laborers to join our well-established operations team in Fort Lupton, Colorado NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, training provided. This role is essential to supporting oilfield operations through the safe construction, operation, and maintenance of temporary water transfer systems. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
Pay amp; Compensation:
  • Night Shift: $22.00 per hour Day Shift :$20.00
  • Overtime: Paid in accordance with Colorado and federal law
Schedule:
  • Day and Night shifts available
  • Typical rotations include 5 days on / 2 days off rotating with 6 days on / 1 day off
  • Schedule may vary based on operational demands
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, connect, and secure pipes, hoses, fittings, and related equipment according to job specifications
  • Construct and monitor temporary water transfer and piping systems to deliver water to customer locations
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all company and site-specific safety policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
