Job description

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (R&D)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the research, design, and development of new mechanical systems and equipment. This role will be responsible for contributing to projects from initial concept through production, including prototyping, testing, and design improvements. The position involves hands-on engineering work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems
  • Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
  • Analyze performance and troubleshoot design issues
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams
  • Assist with documentation, drawings, and engineering changes
