As a Shift Leader, you'll play a critical role in leading daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every shift delivers the quality, service, and hospitality our guests expect.
This position is based in our Pasadena Corporate Store & Training Center, a designated training restaurant that serves as a model for operational excellence across the brand.
About Mike's Red TacosWhat started as a single food truck has grown into one of the most exciting emerging brands in the restaurant industry. With more than 200 locations under development, Mike's Red Tacos is bringing the Love of Red to communities across the country, and our teams are helping make it happen every day.
