Who We're Looking For:
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Active RN license in Indiana or Multi-State License (NLC)
  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery, OB, or maternity care preferred
  • Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for supporting patients and families through childbirth
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver nursing care before, during, and after labor and delivery
  • Monitor mother and baby, administer medications, and document care accurately
  • Assist physicians and midwives during births and emergencies
  • Educate and support patients and their families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum wellness
  • Work 3×12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), including rotating weekends and holidays
