Location: Brownfield, Texas (Onsite)
Work Type: Permanent
Positions: 1
Hours: 36-40 Hours per Week
Shift Details:
โ€ข Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
โ€ข 12-Hour Shifts
The Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D is responsible for providing comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a small, all-in-one unit.
This role includes managing Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Mother/Baby care, requiring a highly versatile and adaptable nursing professional.
Must-Have Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum 1-2+ years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery
โ€ข Active Texas RN License (Required prior to start)
โ€ข BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications (Required)
โ€ข Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn care
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple roles within L&D unit
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience in rural or critical access hospital settings
โ€ข Familiarity with OBEX and CPSI / TruBridge EMR systems
โ€ข Strong patient care and communication skills
