  • Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Employee Health

    Location: Roseville, California

  • Duration : 13 weeks
    Assignment Type: (Temporary Contract)
    Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and skilled RN in Employee Health, you will plan, implement, and evaluate occupational health programs that support employee safety, wellness, and regulatory compliance. You’ll act as a trusted resource for staff and leadership, guiding initiatives related to infection prevention, workers’ compensation, and employee health services

(Certified Occupational Health Nurse (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain employee health policies aligned with system goals and regulatory standards

  • Manage medical surveillance programs and evaluate employee fitness for duty

  • Provide care and initial treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses

  • Coordinate return-to-work plans with providers, supervisors, and stakeholders

  • Lead investigations of workplace exposures and ensure proper follow-up

  • Monitor injury/illness trends and present prevention strategies to leadership

  • Oversee immunizations, TB screenings, and substance abuse testing programs

  • Maintain accurate, confidential health records in compliance with regulations

  • Support accommodations for employees with medical restrictions

  • Participate in performance improvement and wellness initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications:

  • Active RN license in California (Required)

  • CPR/BLS certification (Required)

  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (Preferred)
