Forklift Driver / Order Picker (Day Shift)

We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join our team in a fast-paced, small warehouse environment. If you’re experienced with forklifts and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and work with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and cherry pickers safely
• Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners
• Load/unload trucks and support shipping & receiving
• Pack, label, and stage shipments accurately
• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Help with inventory counts and organization
• Assist customers by pulling orders quickly and accurately
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down required; stand-up/order picker a plus)
• Comfortable working at heights (order picker/cherry picker)
• Experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse tasks
• Familiar with RF scanners
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong attention to safety

Nice to Have

• Cherry picker or stand-up forklift experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)
• Experience in smaller warehouse or branch environments

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift (Monday–Friday) 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) → overtime opportunity

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
