Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash (OTC)! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

The BSA is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and systems. The BSA will assist with the design, development and deployment of optimized, integrated, automated solutions, specifically related to our Supply Chain functions across Order-to-Cash processes like Customer Master, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping and Invoicing to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The BSA will also collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, developing process models, and providing ongoing support and training to users.
This role will be the functional expert in SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC and a critical component of our SAP Delivery Solution Team, working with key business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects and enable capabilities that provide value to the cooperative. The BSA will also work closely with the Application support team to resolve day-to-day support tickets and ensure the operational health of the system. As such the role requires keen attention to detail. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP developmentand integrationteams, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements,designand deliver implementations and enhancements withinSAP S/4HANA SD/OTC

Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related toOrder-to-Cashandidentifyopportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions

Accountable formaintainingSAP BTPintegrations withdifferentSAPS/4HANA SD/OTCprocesses,supportingecosystemsand overseeing, monitoring and closelyworking with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams

Document and diagram existing system and business processes andanalyze formore efficient methods

Translate functional business requirements into technicalrequirements workingwithin an agile team

Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions

Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-userreviewsand post-implementation support

Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation

Provide production support, RCAand research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team

Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

What We Are Looking For:

Required

Proven experience as aFunctional consultant orBusiness Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions

Functional andTechnical knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA SD/OTCrequired

Understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes including order management, pricing, billing,shippingand customer invoicing

Proficiencyin business process modeling and documentation tools.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agileand project management methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

Ability to take ownership of issues through resolution, including coordination, follow-up, communication, and documentation across cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support and project environment

Ability to work independently while escalating risks and issues appropriately

Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts, technologies, processes, and business capabilities

Preferred

3+ years of functional SAP experience inSAP S/4HANA SD/OTC, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business

Understanding of Advanced intercompany Sales processes, Rebate and Settlement management,and Available-to-Promise (ATP/aATP) capabilities preferred

Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolutiona plus

Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies

Enhancement & production management experience

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Annual Salary:

$71,500 - $98,340
