Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work setting while still offering the opportunity to serve patients face-to-face at our outpatient facilities when desired. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team by:

• Conducting assessments and therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals to address their unique needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and patient goals.
• Providing support for a variety of issues, including Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Psychological and Physical Abuse, Grief and Loss, Family Conflicts, and Communication Difficulties.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and holistic treatment outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise as an LMFT will help a diverse range of clients, including couples, adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to address significant issues such as:

• Conflict resolution among family members, including siblings.
• Supporting blended families during transitions such as remarriage.
• Helping clients adjust to separations and divorces, including navigating emotional complexities.
• Guiding families dealing with job stress, medical issues, and grief.
• Enhancing communication skills among family members to foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT license issued by the state of Georgia.
• A passion for working with diverse populations and commitment to patient welfare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Wellspring Shift Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
