Day Shift Rbt information

Where do RBT's make the most money?

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) tend to earn higher salaries in regions with a higher cost of living and greater demand for behavioral health services, such as urban areas or states with expanded healthcare funding. Salaries can also vary based on experience, certifications, and the work setting, including clinics or private practices. Generally, RBTs working in metropolitan areas or specialized clinics tend to have higher earning potential.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Day Shift RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) typically does not earn $10,000 a month without additional certifications or experience. Most RBTs earn between $15 and $30 per hour, resulting in monthly earnings around $2,000 to $4,000. Achieving higher income levels often requires advanced roles, specialized skills, or additional certifications beyond the basic RBT credential.

What do RBTs do day to day?

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Their daily tasks include collecting data on client behaviors, assisting with skill development, and providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, often in home or clinical settings. RBTs also document progress and follow specific protocols to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in the context of a Day Shift RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) typically refers to a probationary period during which performance and fit for the role are evaluated. Many employers expect new RBTs to demonstrate competence and reliability within the first three months before offering permanent employment or benefits. This period allows both the employer and employee to assess suitability for the position and ongoing employment.

Hidden Talents ABA

Webster, TX

Job description

$19-$24/hr | Raises Every 6 Months | Flexible Schedule

Hidden Talents ABA is hiring RBTs across the area. We work with kids with autism in home, school, and community settings, and we're looking for people who actually want to be there, not just fill a shift.

What the job looks like

You'll be working one-on-one with a child, running therapy sessions based on a plan your supervising BCBA puts together. That means tracking data, following behavior plans, and building real relationships with the kids and families you serve. Most of our RBTs work afternoon hours, but schedules vary by case.

What we need from you

  • Active RBT certification (must be current and in good standing)

  • At least 6 months of hands-on ABA experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

What we offer

  • $19-$24/hr depending on experience

  • Automatic $0.50 raise every 6 months, no ceiling

  • 401(k) starting at 6 months, with a 1% company match after your first year

  • A rewards program where good attendance and timely documentation earn you points you can cash out or use for prizes

  • Referral bonuses

  • Paid onboarding and training from day one

  • Supervision hours available if you're working toward your BCBA

  • Flexible scheduling built around your availability

We're a growing company and we try to take care of the people on our team. If you have your RBT and you're looking for something stable, apply and let's talk.
