Normandy Farm Hotel and Blue Bell Country Club are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Banquet Event Servers to join our hospitality team!
From beautiful weddings and lively celebrations to elegant dinners and special events, our Banquet Servers help create the moments guests remember. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you!
Starting at $18.00/hour
Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
Weekend availability is essential - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift typically starts at 3:00PM or 4:00PM and ends between 11:00PM and Midnight

What You'll Do
As a Banquet Server, you'll be an important part of making each event run smoothly and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.
  • Help prepare event spaces by gathering supplies, setting tables, and getting everything event-ready.
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Butler hors d'oeuvres and assist with beverage, wine, and coffee service.
  • Check in with guests and respond to their requests with genuine hospitality.
  • Keep tables clean, polished, and guest-ready throughout the event.
  • Replenish beverages and ensure guests have what they need.
  • Buss tables, clear glassware and dishes, and help with event clean-up.
  • Assist with breaking down events and resetting banquet rooms for the next celebration.
  • Work closely with Banquet Captains and the entire team to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Communicate any questions, concerns, or special guest needs to management.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a great team environment.

Requirements
You don't need years of experience to be successful here - a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality go a long way!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverage, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Ability to arrive on time in full uniform with a neat, professional appearance
  • Willingness to work major holidays, including Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and other special events
  • Ability to follow all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcoholic beverage service
  • Commitment to all safety, food-handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Must frequently wash hands and follow proper food-handling practices
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
No RAMP Certification? No Problem!
RAMP certification is required for this position, but we've got you covered!
If you're not already certified, you'll receive a voucher to complete the RAMP course after 90 days of employment.
