Plant Operator I (2nd Shift)About Us

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
  • Communicate operational issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures during assigned shift
What Are We Looking For
  • Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow detailed procedures
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant operations and systems
  • Dependable team member with effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
