The Manager of Biomedical Instrumentation oversees ongoing onsite customer support at all sites across the Main Line Health organization for Biomedical services which include medical devices and peripherals, and network connectivity support., as well as the management of minor and major equipment planning projects across the organization. This position ensures that end users receive timely, courteous, and helpful assistance for service Incidents and Requests assigned to the Biomedical Services team.

Thorough understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Education:
