Shift:ย 12 HR Days | 07:00 AM -ย 07:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours:ย (36 hours/week)
Compensation:ย Based on experienceย (Negotiable)

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee clinical operations and patient care in the NICU.
    • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure professional growth and high-quality care delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and patient safety standards.
    • Develop staffing schedules, manage resources, and monitor departmental budgets.
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based nursing practices.
    • Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct patient care when needed.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: BSN required.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of healthcare experience.
