CareCore at Willowood is seeking a compassionate and experienced Weekend Day Shift Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team.   • 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Summary

The Weekend Day Shift Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the facility during assigned weekend shifts. This role provides leadership and support to the nursing team while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift.

  • Ensure quality resident care and timely response to resident needs.

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and changes in resident condition.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during urgent situations.

  • Serve as the clinical resource and decision-maker for the nursing team.

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
  • Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
