POSTING:

We’re growing and looking to hire dependable, hardworking people who take pride in what they do!

FULL-TIME DAY CLEANERS WANTED (Company Car Provided During Work Hours)
We are a locally owned franchise of The Maids, and we clean homes in teams of 3–4 people using safe products and a proven system. No experience needed – we train you!

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Paid weekly

  • Monday–Friday, day shifts only – NO nights & NO weekends

  • Company car provided while you’re working (no wear & tear on yours)

  • $1/hour bonus for every referral you bring in

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work in a team of 3–4 cleaning homes throughout Northwest Arkansas

  • Dusting, vacuuming (with backpack vacuum), cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and floors

  • Follow our 22-Step cleaning process for a healthy, consistent clean

  • Maintain a positive attitude with your team and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General cleaning or housekeeping background is great, but not required – we train!

  • Must be able to move at a quick pace, climb stairs, bend, lift, etc.

  • Must be dependable, pet-friendly and work well with a team

  • Must pass background check and drug screen

  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record preferred
