These positions are designed for individuals who have recently completed a CNA training program and obtained certification, but have not yet worked in the field. Day shift CNAs assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff, all during standard daytime hours. Compassion, strong communication, and reliability are crucial soft skills for building trust with patients and supporting the healthcare team. These skills and qualifications are vital to ensure safe, effective care for patients while efficiently collaborating with nurses and staff.
