RN- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Day Shift)


Location: Atlanta, GA, 30329
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1,800 - $1,980; (Negotiable based on experience)

    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Level IV Surgical NICU in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract position ideal for RNs who thrive in high-acuity environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional care to neonates with complex medical and surgical needs.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU setting.
    • Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment.
    • Collaborate closely with neonatologists, surgeons, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
    • Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and NICU protocols.
    • Educate and support families throughout their NICU stay.
    • Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate, and nurturing environment.

    Required Requirements:

    • Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
    • Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience required.
    • Level IV and/or Surgical NICU experience.
    • PALS certification required
    • NRP certification preferred
    • Must be able to commit to weekend shifts only (Friday – Sunday).
