Job description

Mom & Pop's is a community staple restaurant and convenience store located in Leesville, SC. The location is a local landmark, with a following of regular customers. We're looking for a customer service focused leader that is committed to growing with our winning team.
We are hiring a person who is willing to be cross-trained. This individual will need to be flexible and willing to work as either a cook or a cashier, depending on the needs of the store.
Responsibilities:
  • A restaurant cook's job includes preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety.
  • The store cashier's responsibility includes receiving payments, issuing receipts, and counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift.
  • No matter what position you are scheduled for that day, you will be greeting customers, maintaining a clean and orderly area, answering customers' questions, and bagging items sold.

Giving top customer service is our priority, and you will be asked to continue that service. We expect you to work alongside your teammates and continue the positive team and work environment we have established.
Requirements:
  • MUST BE 21+ TO APPLY
  • Weekend Availability (required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
