$15,000 Sign On Bonus

We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RN) for all shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for registered nurses for both day and night shifts. Shifts are 12-hours and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!

  • New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience as a registered nurse.  
  • $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun), and $10 weekend night shift differential 
  • $15,000 Sign on bonus paid out half at 6 months and half at 12 months

The Registered Nurse functions under the general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:

  • Plans, directs, evaluates, and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy, and hospital values and philosophy.
  • Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
  • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
  • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

We are looking for exceptional nurses who demonstrate incredible compassion for our patient population. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population in an acute psychiatric care model. 


Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing

Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.

Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery.
