Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: Starting at $18/Hr.+ (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We’re looking for detail-oriented inspectors to help maintain product quality. As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll check components, in-process materials, and finished goods, keep accurate inspection records, submit samples to the lab, and report defects. You’ll also have the authority to place materials on hold or halt production if needed.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Control Inspector:
  • Inspect materials and products against standards

  • Record inspection and test data

  • Submit samples to the lab

  • Report defects to Production, Shipping, and Quality management

  • Place materials on hold or release as appropriate

  • Halt production or shipment if safety or quality issues arise

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety and food safety policies

Requirements for the Quality Control Inspector:
  • High school diploma required; training in industrial quality practices preferred

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to read and follow job orders and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently
