How long are most day shift lifeguard shifts?

Where do day shift lifeguards get paid the most?

Day shift lifeguards tend to earn higher wages in regions with higher living costs and greater demand for aquatic safety staff, such as affluent urban areas or popular tourist destinations. Factors like certifications, experience, and the type of facility also influence pay rates, with private clubs and resorts often offering higher wages than public pools. Overall, geographic location and employer type are key determinants of pay for lifeguards.
