Job description

Bon Secours Southside Medical Center in Petersburg, Virginia, is seeking a dedicated Intensivist to join their well-established Critical Care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in a 28-bed ICU, collaborate with experienced physicians and APPs, and contribute to a vibrant community. The position supports professional growth and meaningful involvement in the local community.

Practice Info

  • Work alongside an experienced team of board-certified Critical Care physicians and experienced Critical Care APPs
  • Focus on patients in the 28-bed ICU (medical/surgical/cardiac)
  • Work in EPIC, with access to an internal informatics platform

Responsibilities

  • Care for the sickest patients
  • Lead daily multi-disciplinary rounds as part of the larger Critical Care team

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation based on shifts worked

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

  • Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine
  • Successful completion of a critical care medicine fellowship in the United States
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • No visa sponsorship available
