Join Tree Top as a Fruit Inspector & Administrative Support in Selah, WA, where you'll play a key role in keeping fruit receiving operations running smoothly. Your day begins by reviewing the receiving schedule and preparing for incoming deliveries. As loads arrive, you'll split your time between inspecting fruit, conducting basic testing and analysis, and updating information in company systems. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with yard, plant, Procurement, and Quality teams to verify details, answer questions, and ensure records accurately reflect operations. Before the day ends, you'll organize documentation, verify data accuracy, and complete outstanding tasks to ensure a seamless transition for the next shift. What You’ll Do

The Fruit Inspector & Administrative Support role ensures raw fruit is inspected, tested, and graded to Tree Top standards, with accurate records that keep receiving moving. You’ll document results, communicate fruit condition and receiving status to internal partners, and complete receiving paperwork from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and grading incoming fruit; performing basic analytical/lab checks
- Entering timely, accurate data in designated systems (including M3)
- Processing, filing, and reconciling receiving documents (fruit tickets, invoicing, distribution orders)
- Coordinating with receiving, QA, procurement, planning, dispatch, and plant teams
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math and recordkeeping accuracy
- Clear written communication; attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn systems and standards
- Agricultural/fruit variety experience preferred

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
