Shift: Day Shift, $18.50/hr
Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday/Sunday to Tuesday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday/Thursday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift: Night Shift, $18.50 plus 15% shift differential
Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday/Sunday to Tuesday: 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday/Thursday to Saturday: 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM

What’s a typical day as Tester I? You’ll be:

  • Operating automated electronic test equipment on circuit board assemblies and subassemblies to ensure products meet or exceed workmanship standards

  • Maintaining a continuous flow on the manufacturing line, meeting production goals, and performing assigned test duties efficiently

  • Loading and unloading test fixtures properly, labeling and marking boards, and utilizing bar-code scanners

  • Advising supervisors and diagnostic departments of recurring test failures for prompt corrective action

  • Ensuring assemblies are handled with care and that process control sheets are accurate before moving to the next process

  • Performing other test operations as assigned, and keeping your work area clean and organized

  • Adhering strictly to all safety, health, and security procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bring 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant production or manufacturing role, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Can obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications

  • Can read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively in small groups

  • Possess basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with tens and hundreds)

  • Can apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle standardized situations

  • Are comfortable sitting, standing, or walking as needed, and can lift up to 35 lbs

  • Can work on the manufacturing floor with a moderate noise level
