Day Shift X-Ray Technician
MLee Healthcare is partnering with a local hospital to find a skilled Day Shift X-Ray Technician. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing essential imaging services in surgery, the emergency department, and both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Day Shift X-Ray Technician Responsibilities:
  • Fulltime- Perm position
  • Perform X-ray imaging for surgical procedures, ensuring accurate and timely imaging to support the surgical team.
  • Conduct fluoroscopy exams in the emergency department, delivering real-time imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Provide high-quality radiographic imaging for inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Prepare and position patients for X-ray examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • State licensure as required.
  • 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technician, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in surgical imaging and fluoroscopy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
