CNC Operator II - Day Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Presented by: Symbiotic Services Overview Symbiotic Services is hiring a CNC Operator II to set up and operate CNC machinery while contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Set up CNC machines using blueprints and job specifications Determine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences Perform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvals Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiency Operate multiple machines and perform secondary operations Train and support other operators Ensure product quality before moving to next stage Maintain clean and safe work areas Requirements 1-3 years CNC setup experience 3+ years manufacturing experience Experience with offsets, G52, and probing Ability to read blueprints Proficiency with precision measuring tools Work Environment Industrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials PPE required at all times
