Production & Packaging Operators

Location: Marion, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Weekly Pay
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Eligible for Hire After 480 Hours

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Production, Packaging, and Blend Operators for a large, established manufacturing facility in Marion, Ohio.

This company manufactures products used throughout the construction and automotive industries, including concrete, waterproofing, roofing, flooring, sealing, and bonding products.

Current Shift Openings

We are currently hiring for:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 12-Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

IMPORTANT: Candidates must be open to shift changes after being hired permanently. Employees currently working 1st shift may transition to 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or a 12-hour shift after being hired by the company.

If you are only able to work 1st shift permanently, this position will not be a good fit.

Available Positions

Packaging Operator

  • Prepare finished products for shipment to customers
  • Package, label, inspect, and organize finished materials
  • Follow quality and safety procedures
  • Perform general production duties as assigned

Blend Operator

  • Prepare materials used to manufacture batches of product
  • Measure, stage, and prepare materials for production
  • Follow batch instructions and manufacturing procedures
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

Employees may also have the opportunity to be trained on forklift operation and advance into additional manufacturing positions after permanent hire.

Requirements

  • Must be dependable and have strong attendance
  • Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be willing to learn and follow detailed safety procedures
  • Must be open to multiple shifts after permanent hire
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening

Pre-employment screening includes a background check and 5-panel drug screen, including marijuana.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Employees are eligible for consideration for permanent hire after completing 480 hours worked.
