Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Operations Supervisor, your ability to inspire and guide your team is matched only by your commitment to safety and efficiency. 

In this role, you will be responsible for 

  • Leading Operations:  Oversee our Vehicle Processing Center, ensuring efficiency and safety in all operations. 
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement:  Drive process enhancements that lead to operational excellence.   
  • Drive Performance Management:  Meet and exceed performance targets while fostering a culture of safety and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Mentoring a Team: Lead and manage a team of skilled hourly workers to deliver quality, efficient, and profitable operations, driving synergies and operational efficiencies across all operations.
  • Partnerships: Create and manage healthy, effective relationships with key stakeholders and original equipment manufacturers.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3-5 years first line supervisory roles with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Familiarity with SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
  • Experience in assembly line operations, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and database navigation.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Physical ability:
    • work in confined spaced and at times adverse weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
    • lift, carry, and hold items up to 30 lbs
    • walk or stand for long periods while occasionally needing to bend, stoop, or climb steep ladders
