ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
• 2. Oversees the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.
• 3. Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.
• 4. Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.
• 5. Promotes innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.
• 6. Manages multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.
• 7. Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• 8. Coaches and mentors teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
• 9. Frequently influences business decisions made by leadership.
• 10. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• 3. Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• 4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• 2. Experience in the financial services industry.
• 3. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.
• 4. Strong knowledge of unstructured data management, retention, and disposition tools and technologies.
• 5. Experience in building financial services strategies for managing the lifecycle of unstructured data for use with AI.
• 6. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks
• 7. Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data and AI risks within business processes.
