Electrical Panel Builder
Technical Air Products – Belmont, MI Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Technical Air Products manufactures custom cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, healthcare, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing customers. We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Panel amp; Controls Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels and components used in our custom equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels and subassemblies from schematics and prints.
  • Install components such as relays, breakers, terminal blocks, power supplies, sensors, and switches.
  • Perform wire stripping, crimping, labeling, and soldering as needed.
  • Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues.
  • Maintain accurate material usage and report shortages.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist in other production areas as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel building experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for 8–10 hours per day.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
