As a CMM Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of complex, tight-tolerance machined parts using advanced coordinate measuring systems, while collaborating with a talented team of engineers, machinists, and quality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate CMM machines (PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or equivalent) for dimensional inspections of high-precision components.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot inspection routines based on GD&T specifications and engineering drawings.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections.
Generate detailed inspection reports and document non-conformances.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration standards.
Mentor and train quality techs or operators on advanced inspection techniques as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of CMM programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or equivalent CMM software.
Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methodologies.
Hands-on experience with surface plates, height gages, micrometers, and other precision inspection tools.
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems is a plus.
Experience with aerospace, automotive, or industrial components preferred.
Prior experience at high-precision manufacturing environments (e.g., G.W. Lisk) strongly desired.
