In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating between inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
