Join Our Team as an Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder!About the Role

Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Weโ€™re looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
  • Inspect welds for quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement in welding processes
