- Sets tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Communicates any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Explains menu items and specials and checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
