Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients effectively.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.
  • Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week and ensure timely documentation for each session, including treatment plan updates and clinical case notes in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing clients’ mental health concerns and facilitating communication among families, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Incorporate creativity into therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to meet each client’s unique circumstances and help them achieve their objectives.
  • Engage in case consultations, utilizing insights from your colleagues to enrich client outcomes and enhance team collaboration.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges. You will utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions that foster a safe and accessible environment for clients who may otherwise face barriers to receiving mental health care.

  • Expertise working with diverse groups, ensuring culturally competent care.
Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proactive approach to integrating them into practice.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and foster a therapeutic alliance.
  • Experience managing fee collections and understanding of the insurance process is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • A customizable compensation plan that includes both hourly pay and commission on claims, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Access to a comprehensive wellness program, paid supervision, and case consultation to support your practice.
  • Unlimited time-off policy that encompasses vacation, illness, and personal days to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Medical insurance coverage and 401(k) options for long-term financial security.
  • Reimbursement for all clinical license renewals to support your ongoing professional development.
