Program: Community Integration Program transitioning to Behavior Day Program
Census: About 21 consumers per day
Reports To: Program Director
Position Summary

The BCBA supports adults with developmental disabilities by creating and overseeing behavior support plans, training staff, and ensuring progress is measured through clear goals and daily logs. This role helps maintain community activities while adding focused behavioral support.
Responsibilities

  • Complete behavior assessments and develop behavior plans for consumers.
  • Write measurable goals and ensure staff document progress in daily logs.
  • Train and coach staff in behavior intervention strategies.
  • Review and organize daily logs to track progress.
  • Meet with consumers to prepare Annual ISPs and updates.
  • Communicate with staff, families, and residential homes to coordinate support.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to ensure consistency across settings.
Qualifications

  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Masterโ€™s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, training, and organizational skills.
