Agency Minimum Requirements
Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing. Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets agency insurance company driving requirements.
All staff must embrace the philosophies Venture Together adheres to including Person Centered Planning and the DSP Core Competencies.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Day Program Licensed Practical Nurse it to ensure the medical and health needs of the program participants are met. The Day Program LPN works closely with the Day Program RN and together they ensure that all OPWDD regulations are followed. The Day program LPN works cooperatively with Day Program staff, residential staff, and families to provide program participants appropriate quality medical care, including triage in the event of an emergency.
The Day Program Licensed Practical Nurse reports to the Director of Day Program Nursing.
Qualifications
Licensed and registered by New York State as an LPN. Must be able to work independently. familiar with Microsoft Word. Experience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities a plus.
Location: Rockland County, NY
Pay rate: $24.50
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
