Job description

Description:

Olive Branch is looking for exceptional Day Program Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work either Full-Time or Part-Time.


Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the day program. This position will assist participants in achieving individual goals, promote independence, and facilitate meaningful experiences. The DPS will provide program leadership in the director's absence.


Duties

  • Provide direct support and supervision to participants in various activities.
  • Always ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Execute daily programming including sensory, social, physical, and mindfulness activities and community outings.
  • Administer medications as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow written care plans, communicate changes in participants’ conditions, dispense medications, and write incident reports.
  • Pass criminal, civil, and Wisconsin Caregiver background checks
  • Possess a valid driver’s license without any DWI, DUI, or reckless driving convictions in the past seven years and no more than two traffic tickets in the past three years
  • High school diploma or GED
