Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.


Purpose:

To perform basic general repair and building maintenance in residential homes and other day program facilities.


ย Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Assessment of repair requirements including cost estimate and time to complete.
  • Simple carpentry requiring use of hand tools.
  • Exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping work.
  • Drywall repair/patching, priming and painting.
  • Furniture moving, changing light bulbs, cleaning and proper storage of maintenance tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Experience in exterior maintenance and landscaping is a plus.
  • Drywall repair and painting skills preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform the tasks mentioned below.
