RN Educator – NATP Instructor

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of healthcare professionals?

WeCare Centers is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic RN Educator – Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) Instructor to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll inspire and educate future Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) by providing engaging classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical education within our skilled nursing facilities. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making a lasting impact on both students and resident care, we'd love to have you on our team.

This position offers the opportunity to travel throughout Pennsylvania, collaborate with healthcare leaders across multiple locations, and play a key role in strengthening the long-term care workforce while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), and OBRA '87 standards.

Key Responsibilities


Program Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

  • Conduct classroom, skills lab, and clinical instruction in alignment with state-approved NATP curriculum. 

  • Teach fundamental nursing principles, resident care procedures, infection control, safety protocols, and communication skills. 

  • Utilize interactive teaching methods, including hands-on demonstrations, role-playing, and technology-based learning tools. 

  • Provide individualized instruction and remediation to ensure all trainees meet learning objectives. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania (Required)

  • Active Driver’s License 

  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with one year in long term care

  • Prior teaching, training experience

  • Must complete an approved Train the Trainer (TT) course or possess previous NATP instructor experience.
