Job description

Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking instructors passionate about the Spa industry to help expand our Team of Esthetics instructors. The Temple Annapolis 600-Hour Program prepares our Graduates for the State Boards with educational techniques and skills to prepare them for a successful career in the Beauty Industry.

Our Program includes waxing, skin care, nano-needling, peels, dermaplanning, airbrush make-up, state board theory/practical testing prep, and many other skill sets taught within the 600-hour portion of the Program.

The Position requires overseeing Clinic Services, Theory Classroom, and/or Specialty Class Techniques for Students.

What we are looking for in our Esthetics Leader:

To prepare students to become skilled certified estheticians, esthetics instructors must have extensive, first-hand knowledge and experience in the proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices required for successful esthetic practice. They must be able to teach esthetics theory with our well-designed curriculum and successfully demonstrate techniques on live models and volunteers. Esthetics instructors should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to assess students' progress appropriately, and take the necessary steps to ensure students receive a complete and adequate education. Must be creative, fun, and outgoing, as we are leading the next generation into the beauty industry.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist ( with Skin Experience )
  • Have a current Maryland Esthetician license

Hours Include - Monday - Thursday ( 2- 4 nights a week ) 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm or Full-Time Day Monday - Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm
