Production Associate

Spots on our 2nd Shift are Available!Monday-Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.
Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours)
Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly
What You'll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities)
  • Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
  • Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
  • Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
  • Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time
  • Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills
  • Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequentinterruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requireswearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protectiveequipment.
