Job description

Summary
The Fit Model works closely with our design and technical teams to ensure garments meet fit standards and are aligned with our customer's expectations. This is a part-time, in-house position requiring availability for 1 to 2 hours per week, depending on the production schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Try on prototype and production garments for fit assessment.
  • Provide feedback on the comfort, mobility, and feel of garments.
  • Maintain consistent body measurements to ensure sizing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with designers, technical designers, and patternmakers during fittings.
  • Stand for extended periods and repeatedly change clothing during sessions.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude in all fittings.

Qualifications
  • Height 5'5" to 5'7"
  • Size: Women's Size 10 (consistent, with proportional measurements)
  • Must be comfortable in front of small groups and being measured
  • Excellent communication skills and body awareness
  • Prior fit modeling experience is a plus, but not required
