Description
Do you love being on the lake and providing exceptional guest experiences? Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is seeking a Part-Time/Seasonal Boat Captain to drive our illustrious North Star boat 1-2 days/week.
- Safely operate passenger vessels in accordance with all Coast Guard regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vessel inspections.
- Welcome guests aboard and provide a friendly, engaging experience.
- Deliver safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Assist with boarding and disembarking passengers.
- Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vessels.
- Communicate effectively with marina staff, management, and guests.
- Respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations.
Requirements
- Valid USCG Master 100-Ton License and National OUPV "6-Pack" License
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanical Inclination is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
