Our mission is to be the ultimate home for fans to connect, compete, and celebrate the games they love. While Yu-Gi-Oh! has always been our foundation, we're expanding into exciting new titles like Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, and Disney Lorcana. Our Long Island City store serves as the heart of our community, hosting tournaments, events, and gatherings that bring players together both in person and online.
Role: Leading the day-to-day performance of the Live Stream Sales team. Ensuring strong stream coverage, driving sales results, and coaching team members in real time to elevate the overall livestream program.
Location: 34-09 Queens Blvd, Long Island City, 11101
Schedule: 11:00 pm - 9:00 am (Tuesday - Saturday)
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

  • Maintain quality control by ensuring accurate listings, giveaways, and consistent adherence to streaming SOPs.
  • Train new streamers on callouts, pacing, viewer interaction, show structure, and correct item handling to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide management with regular updates on stream performance, pacing issues, operational errors, coaching feedback, and any necessary escalations.
  • Ensure all streamers consistently meet their individual performance goals, including pacing, sales targets, and engagement levels, through real-time coaching, feedback, and proactive support.
  • Managing Live Stream team schedules and coverage for all shifts
  • Keep the streaming floor organized, well-supplied, and fully prepared before each shift to reduce downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with streamers, content creators, live shopping platforms, or broadcast environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize workspaces, maintain inventory readiness, and ensure proper shift preparation.
  • Experience managing staff schedules, break rotations, or shift coverage.
  • Strong communicator capable of giving real-time feedback, coaching, and direction to streamers.
  • Experience training and coaching staff on customer engagement, callouts, product handling, and performance standards.
  • Understanding of customer engagement best practices to ensure streamers deliver a high-quality viewer experience.
